Today’s outfit post is all about Miu Miu inspiration! I actually wore this outfit to work, which proves you can be fashionable at work in a stressing environment. When I wore this skirt at the office, I actually had no idea this skirt resembled the Miu Miu embellished skirt. My colleague told me, “I love your skirt, it looks like Miu Miu!”. Well, guess where I got it from… From H and M! I rarely shop at H and M, as the idea of wearing something everyone will have doesn’t appeal to me. But when I do rarely go there, I seem to find these odd pieces that prove fashion doesn’t necessarily have to be high priced, plus it was on sale.
So yesterday, I caught up with Anna and we went for coffee and a walk at St Jame’s square, so as to be away from tourists on a busy Saturday.
Apart from the skirt, I wore a BCBGeneration top and Kookai cardigan, Carvel Kurt Geiger pointed boots and my custom-made Louis Vuitton Speedy bag.
Boots: Carvela Kurt Geiger, Bag: custom Louis Vuitton, Skirt: H and M, Top: BCBGeneration, Cardigan: Kookai
These boots are comfier than what they seem, they have a padded “cushion” inside!
Tip: pointed shoes/boots elongate your legs, make sure to wear some when you are petite like me
Make up: Chanel Les 4 Ombres
Here is the Miu Miu look-alike skirt:
And here, for the first time I took my friend Anna’s photos, too! Check out her blog post.
If you liked the look, please hype it on Lookbook!
